Advanti Storm wheels in Hyper Silver?

Since getting my BBR Super 200 ND1 recently, I’ve been looking for some properly light weight wheels to replace the OEM ones currently fitted. Advanti Storms from Racing Beat look like they offer the right combination of weight, looks and offset for me, but I can find very few pictures of them on the car in Hyper Silver. Has anyone got silver ones on an ND that they can share pictures of?

Nice choice. I presume you’ve seen them on the ND from Racing Beat’s product page?

Always good to see some ‘proper’ photos on other member’s cars though!

Yes, I’ve seen them on the product page and a few pics on miata net but hardly any in silver

When I was deciding on a new set of wheels for my ND1 with the Super 200, it seemed that only Goodwin Racing (which is wear Racing Beat get the Advanti wheels from) gave the weights of all the wheels. I chose the Avanti Storm for their weight and cost and I went for the 17x7 40 offset in black which takes a 215/45 as an excellent fit. Sure you can go wider but imo that’s extra weight for no gain. The American cup cars use 215/45 and I’m never going to go as fast as them!

I’m with you entirely @BlueAgave. They weigh about the same as RPF1s, but look a bit more OEM. Sensible offset and width for fun and practicality over ultimate grip and potential fitment issues. I just wish I could see some silver ones, as I think they’ll look sharper on my blue reflex 5.

I think silver would suit the car colour as well.
