“AGM 2015 & Social Evening” Saturday 17 January 2015
The Yorkshire Ridings 2014 Committee invite all Area Members and potential members to the 2015 AGM & Social Evening. Non members may ask questions and put forward ideas through the Chair but would not be able to vote on any matters arising. The AGM will take place in a private room prior to moving into the restaurant for the social aspect of the evening.
Details for this event are as follows:
1. Meeting at 18:00 for the 18:30 hrs AGM Start
2. Venue: Map Link: The Millfield Beefeater Post Code: YO26 6RL
3. Format of the Evening: Meet and greet in the bar area for drinks and chat before moving into the meeting room for a prompt 18:30 hrs start. The AGM will follow a set format that encompasses voting in the 2015 committee, a review of the 2014 programme of events and the presentation of two of our annual awards. The Area Coordinator will post a detailed instruction on how we are to vote for the “Run of the Year” & “Person(s) of the Year” awards. The instruction will also advise how non attending members are able to cast their proxy vote for the 2015 committee positions.
4. Accommodation: The Millfield is adjacent to the Premier Inn York North West which may suit those that wish to stay over.
5. Attendance: Please add your names to the ‘Attendance List’via Facebook or our Yahoo Group advert or let the AC or Asst AC know direct and they will add you to the list.
