I used them last year, came to my house and fitted exactly what you mentioned. Chap called Brian, according to him he’s the owner.
Nightmare, should’ve stopped him and asked him to leave, but didn’t. Roof strap was broken and wedged between the bar and the roof next day when I found it. Tried to get another one of their fitters out, wasn’t having Brian back again, but eventually after hassle trying to get new straps I did it myself!
Having said that I have heard others use them successfully particularly if you visit their premises and someone, other than Brian, fit the roof.
Would I use them or recommend them?
No. I’d rather buy a brolly.

Oh no. Apart from the initial fitting Have you got any complaints? Is the soft top good quality? Does it leak or anything?

I did deal with this company and Brian Wilks for a short while.
To be honest there was no issue with the product which was very competitively priced but I will not be dealing with Brian Wilks again. Issues with pricing anomalies, reliability and attitude.
Is there somewhere else you would recommend?

Certainly Mark at Freelance Mazda is very highly regarded and he must have fitted hoods many times.
