Before I go pulling the car apart, can 1 bulb blowing prevent the others from working?
The right side indicators work fine. Switching on the hazards the right side are all working.
So I’ve deduced its not a fuse thats blown…

I would think that one bulb blowing would not cause others to stop working, but you may have a problem with the turn signal/hazard flasher relay.
What model is it Martin, Landrover, BMW or an MX5?[;)]
To add, the relay or the steering column switch are the common items
I think its an MX5, the other 2 usually have either 4 wheel drive or more than two seats…
thanks all the same.
I’ve just checked all of the bulbs and they seem OK so its either the switch or a relay.
thanks everyone for your input
Martin, the point I was trying to make was that a question like yours , without saying what year/model the car is, makes giving a proper answer very difficult.

apologies, Geoff.
It’s a 2003 1.8 Sport.
thanks everyone, as the car is under warranty I’ve left it with them to sort out. the Technician had a quick delve under the bonnet and dashboard but emerged saying he needed to examine the wiring diagram as it wasn’t an immediately obvious fault.
I’ll let you know the outcome
Took the car to Rockingham Cars in Corby where I bought it in January this year and they have replaced the Indicator relay under warranty.
I’m impressed by the speed in which they reacted and carried out the repair and all with good humour and professionalism.
