Ive tried googling the answer and searching for youtube videos but im still unsure…
Ive had a Charge and a Heater light on and off for the last few weeks, it has been running and starting fine with no problems until yesterday.
I tried the LED diagnostics check with the lights on and off with no faults showing and then the battery/alternator problem started.
After giving it a quick jump start with another car ive turned the car off and tested the readings at the battery…
The battery was sitting at 12.4v with the car off.
13.96v with engine running
13.3v with lights, heater and radio running
13.9v when all the above turned off again and engine still running
12.8v when engine turned off which drops down to 12.6 or less pretty quickly.
i dont know what to make of all that information but if anyone could help it would be great!
