An other computer question

 When I want to print labels, using the sheets of label that you can buy, I don’t have any problem with this at all.

I want to print some labels onto card using the Label Template for the labels I bought, but I was wondering if it was possible to print the grey lines that define the size of the labels so it will be easier to cut the card of labels up with a scalpel or scissors?

Hope this makes sense.

You can buy plain white A4 card with micro perforations. They are intended for printing your own business cards.

Try Staples or PC World.

Alternatively use Excel to size cells to the size of the labels you want and choose the “print gridlines” option when printing.

 Thank you, I will try both suggestion.

If your original document is in Word then yes, you can print the lines.  Select the table and go to the Border & Shading option then you can select which borders and colours you want to apply.

Won’t this only work if the Avery templates use tables? It’s a long time since I used an Avery template but I think that they might use a clever combination of columns and line spacing rather than tables.

Tried you way Helen and it works very well. Thank you very much. {#emotions_dlg.bigsmile}
