There were diecast AE30s in various scales available in late 2019 or so. Obviously they were all orange(!) but I imagine the tooling was probably used for other colour issues…

Within my collection I have three 1:18 diecast models of the Mk4, an inexpensive chinese model in white, the Otto Roadster in Soul Red and a Kyosho RF in silver.
I also have two 1:43 models, one in white and the other a 30AE: and a matching pair of Kyosho 1:64 30AEs - Roadster and RF.
Finally I have a 1:57 scale Takara Tomy Roadster in Soul Red and a Matchbox 30AE (well its orange)
All of these were purchased on eBay, and they do come up from time to time
Yes I have seen some Otto ones on there, they look very detailed. Looked at the Takara one, there was a review on YT, the wheels let it down
