I picked these seats up on ebay a couple of weeks ago for a bargin price but can’t work out where they origiated. From the door cards that came with them, i think are from a mk2 but after trawling t’internet and looking through the MX5 books I have, I can’t work out which limited edition (I’m guess they weren’t a standard option) they were in. I initially thought they were from a 10th Anniversary car but the blue panels are perforated leather rather than alcantara, so I’ve crossed that off the list.
I’m now in the process of restoring them using a Furniture Clinic kit and will post the results once I’m done but in the meantime if anyone can help me solve this mystery, that would be great!
