no idea about availability over here - however, there is a guy on Tik Tok developing one that uses a Raspberry Pi (i think- it may be arduino based) and a full size customisable TFT style screen. Last video i saw it was fully functional with all the usual gauges present and speed reading provided by a GPS based system. Still being fine tuned, he is hoping to sell them as kits i believe
