Anyone with an ND3 and the Mazda aero kit fitted a cobalt back box?
I’ve asked Moss if this will fit on the newest model ND3 with the aero kit rear diffuser fitted from manufacturer. Their response was to buy it and try and then return it for a full refund if it didn’t fit!
Also will the back box fit in the boot for me to take it to an exhaust fitter? I know I could probably do this myself, but have read a few posts on here where they don’t line up correctly, so wanted a professional to do it, so I could see the work and approve it as good before my OCD kicked in.
The fitting of the aero kit hasn’t changed since ND1 so the Cobalt will fit fine.

Thanks BlueAgave for the reply. Anyone have any experience with the BBR Super Sport back box over the Cobalt?
I have the BBR Supersport which on the OEM exhaust for me added a nice sports car sound with no drone

I had a ND1 Icon 1.5 and I fitted the genuine rear skirt to mine and a BBR super sport rear box, it fitted fine with plenty of room but did my ears in, I found it too loud so I replaced it with a Cobalt back box which was much better. Strange thing though, it was MOT’d three times with that box on and at the same place, on the third time it got an advisory for having a loud exhaust.

Thanks all for you input. Looks like the boyracer in me is leaning towards the BBR SS. Won’t have to fit it in the boot as they can fit it themselves I guess.
It won’t fit the NC1 Aero kit as it needs longer tailpipes
The 2016 Recaro which I have, had the aero kit as standard along with the standard rear silencer and it was fine!
2016 is not an NC1! (as you replied to my post…or are you just atating a fact?)
The post is about ND not NC.
