I’m tackling the underside of my Eunos, not something I ever want to sell as it’s a weekend car and somewhat sentimental.
Never done rust protection and underseal removal before and I’m at the stage where I’ve uncovered most of the underside, nothing shocking considering the age and the fact it’s an import but I just wonder if there is anything else I can do apart from treating the rust with a converter after a heavy wire brush session, priming with zinc based primer, painting and then underseal using a decent sealer (Buzzwelds WAR) I’ll add a picture as an example of some of the bad bits (no holes as of yet and takes a hard screwdriver hit, sounding solid)
