has anyone tried fitting a
Pioneer AppRadio 4 (SPH-DA120)
into a mk2.5 2001? And if they have was it worth doing?
I fitted the previous model in my old mk2 and hated it in there. Took it out within a week. I found the touchscreen in an awkward position to use easily as at the wrong angle and too close to the gearknob. I also couldn’t see the screen whatsoever with the roof down due to reflections. Ended up putting an Alpine 235bt double din Bluetooth in instead and whilst it didn’t have as many functions it was spot on for music,bluetooth,and ease of use.
