Autotest

Does anyone know the final results from the autotest?

Yes, the outright winner was Alec Garston (?) in his red MK1 with a black bootlid. I have his trophy on my desk and am trying to get word to him. He had three very impressive sub 37sec drives.
Alec, if you see this, can you please contact me at ken.stanbury@onetel.net

I managed a couple of pictures

Unfortunately not the winner - but impressive nonetheless.

That rear wing… can’t…stop…laughing…

Thank you to everyone that took part.

These are the results. The times are a total of three runs added up. Some people had more than one go so these are the times in descending order in seconds.

* = 5 Second cone penalty

Impressive times at the top there! I’m hiding behind my forum name to save the embarrassment of my poor result Cry But it was a lot of fun nonetheless.

Out of interest, at what point during the day were the top times recorded? i.e. did the course bed in and get quicker? Or did it get all chopped up and slower later in the day?

i went out twice in the mint green mk1, my fastest laps at the top end of the list were around 430pm (all in first gear :wink: )

Good idea jg_500

yippee! Alex is over the moon.
