Everytime it rains I have to bail out my boot ! The seal all looks good. Anyone got any ideas where it is coming from. The righthand hinge feels wet but I cant see how water is getting there.
Probably through the chrome plate hardtop mount area. There should be a rubber ‘gasket’ under the length of the plate to stop water ingress. Could be perished or missing. if you also have the ‘Frankenstien bolts’ that the hardtop clips to these have O ring collars to seal the thread, also to stop water ingress. This too could be perished, missing or the bolt could be loose enough to make it ineffective.
Water can also get in around the aerial mounting point if the aerial isn’t tight.

Does anyone know the part number or name of these gaskets, I can’t for the life of me find any for sale or even find pictures of them online, gaskets are a bit damp and a very small leak coming through them.
