Brake pad rattle

Hi all just wondering if anyone has experienced brake pads rattling in the carriers? I changed the pads and discs a couple of weeks ago and now the rear pads seem to be making some noise over very uneven roads.

I’m pretty convinced that’s the culprit, suspension caps are fine and nothing appears to be loose around the rear wheels. The only thing that’s different is the new pads. I scrubbed the carrier clips to remove brake dust during the change over so they move freely.

Is this something anyone else has experienced? I’ve read about anti rattle clips for the brakes but they appear to be nb and na, can’t see anything similar for nc.

My mate used some pads ( forgotten the make ) on the front of his NC
There always seemed to be a rattle after fitting.

Eventually I convinced him to stick a set of Mintex pads in ( nothing special - just std pads )
The rattle stopped.

So I took the rear wheels and calipers off today and checked everything was secure, reattached everything and put the wheels back on. Rattle has now gone away, so I can only surmise this was in fact down to user error lol :joy:
