I have just spent a fun afternoon trying to get the sump plug out. I thought changing the oil would be a quick job and I would be out enjoying a ride in the sun but clearly the previous owner had much bigger muscles than me. I would be grateful if somebody could recommend a garage in the Bury St. Edmunds area who can help me out. Ideally I would like to supply my own parts.

Why not bring it along to the wheel alignment day I am organising on Sunday 29th July at Wymondham. It’s only about 40 minutes from you and you could meet some local members and kick tyres with a few of us.
An oil change with your own oil and filter will cost you just £10, hardly worth jacking the car up for.
There is a post on the this forum and curently there are 7 Places left.

If you wanted a trip up the A11 I’m in Wymondham and will be about tomorrow with a 3ft long breaker bar. Also give the oil a chance to warm up before draining. Give me a Pm if you want a hand.
