C1096 ABS Code

Hi There - I’m trying to diagnose a C1096 ABS DTC error on my 2003 NB. I’ve got 0v on the ‘B’ pin in the connector but I can’t figure out where that Red/White lead runs to, it should be for a 60A fusible link - but I’m not sure where that might be? All I see in the main fuse box is a 20A 12v feed?

Update, think we have found a brown connector behind and below the main fuse box that is the fusible link. There is nothing in the back of the connector, looks like the wires were cut right down to the connector.
Are we in the right spot? Can a replacement be got locally or are we headed to a Mazda dealer?
