A special event, that is now in it's 25th year - to celebrate I have brought it forward a week to tag on to the bank holiday and I have extended the fun into the evening.

Please note that all our Club trackdays are run at cost price for the benefit of our members and guests (you lot)

This is the first time I have opened the door to other marques, please come and join the fun if you can - I will give MX-05 owners the same deal on price as our own members.

Hi, doesn’t sound that cheap to me to be honest Nick…  Not when I can do a weekday with Javelin at Cadwell for £149.00 or an evening for £59.00 and they make a profit… Wink

Don’t mix ‘cheap’ up with ‘value’

I need £10,760.06 inc VAT to be able to pay back the circuit hire. I only run 60 cars at Cadwell… I’m sure you can do the sums.

Colin likes to get around 75 cars at a Javelin day, sometimes more if they can, that extra 15 cars makes a big difference… in our case it reduces the cars on track dramatically and gives everyone way more tarmac to play with.

Javelin are indeed selling the day sessions at £149. The evening session you quote at £59 is a sweetener for the first 10 bookings after that it changes up to £79.

I am selling the full day and evening 9am to 8pm for £200 and I am very selective with who comes… Club members only so we get drivers with the right mindset and importantly the right mix of cars… this is not a free for all with an online booking system… I personally take all the bookings so I have a good idea of who to expect before we go. I have high standards, I wouldn’t just tout for business anywhere or you risk having a circuit full of Onanists. You guys seem to be on the same wavelength as our guys, hence the invite.

It’s not about making money, nor do we want to lose any either and risk the wrath of our non track day bretheren for squandering club funds - I work hard at getting the finances just right, please don’t shoot me down just yet.
