Calendar subscription doesn't work

If I subscribe using Google Calendar to an area’s events, the subcription is added but no events appear. E.g. For the Milton Keynes & Chilterns group https://mx5oc.co.uk/events/list/?tribe_eventcategory[0]=931

The subscribe to (Google) Calendar link is this: https://www.google.com/calendar/render?cid=webcal%3A%2F%2Fmx5oc.co.uk%2F%3Fpost_type%3Dtribe_events%26tribe_eventcategory%255B0%255D%3D931%26ical%3D1%26eventDisplay%3Dlist

Has the owner of the page shared the access ?

I will ask. I didn’t know they had to… Will the page owner be the area coordinator/do they set access rights (rather than the site admin)?

The link works for me so access is shared

Yes, the link works for me too, but none of the events are actually populated in the calendar

You’ll need to approach the author of the calendar- presumably the AC

Calendar subs not working is a known bug.

Is there any indication when this might be fixed?

It’s under review, no indication at this point.

Please check the calendar now, you may or may not need to re-add it.

A piece of security software took exception!

Still not working unfortunately. As before, calendar link is accepted, but no events load/appear :frowning:

It works on my PC though not my phone, to be fair I’ve not had confirmation it’s fully resolved yet, will update once that is received.

Strange - I’ve been trying this on my PC…

Oh wait… it took a few hours to sync. Working now

An update to this for future reference, there is a limitation in the Google Calendar App on Android phones where this doesn’t work.

You should be able to add the link to other calendars on an Android phone.

It seems to work on my Android phone too.

Which calendar, phone’s built in one or Google Calendar App?

It’s a Pixel, so the Google Calender app is the only (built in) calendar app.
