Can anyone comment on these three options for replacing the rear wheel arches

C&C Sparkes (they serviced my Mk2 MX5 and ran the MOT but I am not sure about body repairs)

The rear wheel arches are rusting badly now and I may need the rear bumper replaced or repaired if I can’t get the dent that the wife kindly added to the “look and feel” of the vehicle.

Update - I took the car to Paul at Panel Craft in Wokingham and he and the team did an excellent job on the rear wheel arch and taking out the ahem dint put in the bumper by the beloved. Recommend them highly
