I wonder if there is an admin why I have been blocked from posting new topics across the site apart from here? Despite being spammed with increased trust levels. I have been a member on and off for nearly 15 years and never had this issue.
Any help would be appreciated!

You would appear to be a paid up club member but that is not showing in your profile. Try logging off and then logging back on to see if that helps. You sould be displaying a little tick that shows you are a club member
As well as the membership status as highlighted by @BobM it is also worth pointing out that generally people cannot create topics at the root of a category and should choose the appropriate sub category, for example people cannot create just at ‘Technical Area’ and must choose something under that such as ‘Electrics & ICE’ for example.
