When we first got our MX-5 (in August) we bought a weatherproof half cover from Classic Additions. It was really easy and convenient to fit and remove as well as being good value so we bought a second one for Beryl’s Getz. The Getz cover wasn’t a good fit and Classic Additions made no bones about giving a refund of both the cost and the return postage.
After a few weeks we had an issue with the MX-5 cover. We seem to have been unlucky in that we are apparently their only MX-5 customer who has experienced some small scratches from the cover seams. They asked us to provide photos and to return the cover for investigation and they did everything they could to sort the problem out as quickly as possible. In end they offered a refund if we wanted one but we decided to go for an upgrade to a lightweight breathable outdoor full cover instead. They got this out to us next day and it fits a treat.
Even though we’ve had some issues with the products, we would not hesitate to use Classic Additions again as their customer service and general responsiveness has been quite exceptional.
