Car not running right on start up randomly

  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: car running badly on startup randomly.

Hi guys, my mx5 sometimes starts up running really poorly and smells reallly rich and doesn’t fix itself and I just wait 15 minutes and it starts fine and drives well. I don’t know what is causing this, I have replaced the CKP, CTS and MAF sensors as well as the spark plugs and fuel filter. I am now stuck and don’t want to keep buying stuff not really knowing what the cause is. Also the engine shakes violently.

Any help would be much appreciated

I’d suspect a coil pack.
