Has anyone had Cat N car insurance? (Cat N classification encompasses damage to all non-structural damage, such as body panels, lights, and electrical systems)
Did it cost more than before?

Cat N denotes non-structural so there should be no increase or variation compared to a non-CAT N car.
As usual you should inform the insurance company, but it will not incur a penalty.
Hi.
If you need any help with insurance for a previously written off vehicle then please feel free to drop me a line.
The majority of our insurance schemes have no issues insuring previously written off vehicles and normally don’t incur any additional premium loading.

Dan.
