I have been trying to book a service at CBS AUTOS MX5 specialist for the past 2 weeks. However, they are not answering their phone. Anyone know why? or if they are on holiday etc?

I spoke to Carl three weeks ago, no indication of any problems.
Do you have your caller ID from your phone turned off, ie calling from a “Private Number”?
Try leaving a message if so, giving your number.
