Not sure where to post this but I just wanted to say a massive Thank you to all who organised, enabled and took part in the MX-5 gymkhana today in Blurton, Stoke-on-trent. Despite dismal forecasts of rain the weather behaved until the end and the whole day was hugely entertaining with tea, coffee and lovely homemade cake laid on.
The tasks were great fun, challenging and well thought out. I dragged my dad along who loved it and now wants to join the club!
We are hoping for a chance next year to challenge Paul to the title! (That maybe a little optimistic but a grouping of fives, tea and cake is enough encouragment!)
As ever, Max the Retriever was the man of the match and did a great job of co-driver!
Once again, Thank you for a great day. I’m off to nibble my medal!
