Great to have a dog to unwrap presents for you! Looks like he’s ready for some more.
Peace and quiet & an MS turkey crown dinner for two. Telly off phone off the hook and mobiles
off. Perfect. Ditto Boxing Day. Delicious turkey breast stuffing, and cranberrry toasties and side salad for tea.
My Christmas presents to myself starts anytime I sniff out a bargain. The date is irrelevant
So this year it’s BNIB standard Meisters for £50 shy of half price and a minty( if it’s stainless steel it’s gotta be minty, right?) IL Motorsport exhaust for a third of the price.
Best was a set of standard 16” wheels with, pretty much unused Kumbos but six years old. £50 just because the guy wanted the space. Apart from the latter they are still to be fitted so earn their place under the tree
If you have a turbo or supercharger that’s irritating or taking up too much room in your garage I’m here to help at very low cost.
Mate . I feel for you . Is there anything more demoralising than having to replace a clutch?
Ohhhhh! Luck you, cranberry (drool) I’m not allowed cranberry…!
I asked my current wife for wheel chocks , as our garage slopes downwards at the front, enough for the car to roll itself out , as I dont leave it with the handbrake on. I sent her a link of some Sealey chocks. I only needed a pair as cant get the the passenger side when in the garage and 2 on the drivers side will be more than enough. Imagine opening a box , to find 4 ‘sets’ of Sealey chocks, so I now have 8 of them . Her theory was I had 4 wheels, not thinking you cant get to the passenger side and the link I sent her, they come in pairs
Nicer than the lumps of wood I usually have been using for years, as using them for drifting parts out of car bits means the car then rolls away !
I let her off as she bought myself and our son a rally thing with Mk2 Escorts , so look forward to booking that .
