Chrome doorhandle part # or where to order

Hi all,

I have tried the search but could not find it in the forum. I have a white 20th anniversary MX5 NC.
These have a chrome part on the doorhandle. Not the whole handle

Does this come of ? And is it replacable by a black one ? And if so, any tips on where to buy this part ?

Hmm, MX5parts stock them, but they’re in UK, and you’re in NL. Is this a problem?

The after-market parts are also listed next to that entry, and a lot cheaper.

Thnx, looks however these are covers I think for over the doorhandle. The one I got seems to be inserted into the doorhandle.

UK delivery would not be a problem ( when one wants it one buys it anyway :smiley: )

It seems all the NC handles have a slight recess for decorative (chrome) covers.

My 25AE has no covers on the handles ex factory, but those handles are still slightly recessed on the outermost surface so I could stick on the MX5parts covers should I wish.

Like you I want to try black inserts to go with the soul red body and gloss black top etc theme it has.

Ah… ok, thnx, I thought they where clipped in the handle
