Chrome fuel cap, can't decide

Got the genuine Mazda one on our Sunlight Silver car (+ MX5 Parts rear light surrounds, front fog light surrounds and mirror trims added after the photo was taken)

Genuine Mazda not cheap but great quality - been on 12 years with no issues

I sent the moss one back.

I had a silver Pug 206 GTI that had a brushed alloy fuel flap - looked good. Overall the car was :-1:

For reference the mazda genuine accessory part numbers are:
Soft top 0000-8R-D20
PRHT 0000-8R-D26A

Just had a look on MX5 parts website Mick and under the MK3 for my vehicle here would appear to be quite a lot of chrome stuff but no fuel cap chrome piece.
Have they taken them off for the MK3s ??

I think they stopped selling them around 1 year ago, maybe longer
Don’t know why, maybe a supply thing or Mazda stopped the supply, they were genuine stamped Mazda on the lid and box.
Maybe ring a dealer, ask if they can supply.

Powered Retractable Hard Top. :+1:
Edit.
Just in case you are thinking of buying one, the soft top one and the PRHT ones ARE different and are not interchangeable. :slightly_smiling_face:

I refitted my oe fuel flap this year just for a change. I can’t make my mind up if I should just keep the chrome one (genuine Mazda) or eBay it next year. Good condition ones seem to be making strong money now they are no longer available and the Moss ones seem to have quite negative feedback.
