Cillit Bang on Alloys

My son in law swears by Cillit Bang to clean his Immaculate MG wheels. they are unbelievably shiney.

has anyone else used it?

i am concerned about the warning against it’s effect on rubber .

All depends on how much brake dust is on them, i use a mild mix of TFR, and then soap and water.

Very much the same thing,as relabeled TFR becomes oven cleanerThumbs up

thanks for that.

just out of interest i googled TFR to see what the rest of the world recommended, it came up with

Total Fertility Rights…Mm. Nope, can’t think of a joke there Big Smile

Try Autobrites Purple Rain & when you have got them clean seal them with Poorboys Wheel Sealant/Polish. Its not cheap but it works

Yeah but TFR can be used for many other things around the roadster,so making it better value, more uses.
