Clarion DRX8175R Single Disc CD Radio -1996

My 1996 1.8iS has the optional Clarion DRX8175R single disc CD Audio unit with RDS/EON fitted and with detachable fascia.  I think this was also standard equipment on some special editions around that time like the Merlot and Harvard. I am trying to get hold of a copy of the operating instructions or, ideally, the original manual. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Thanks but unfortunately that is for the Repair Manual not the Operating Instructions. Ideally I am hoping to find someone who has some they don’t need

following an upgrade (long shot I know) or who could copy/scan them for me.

My Clarion has the 6-CD changer in the boot, but the head-unit may be the same. Next time I’m in the car I’ll bring the manual inside to see if it matches your version. Sometimes the manual is applicable for a number of models so you may be in luck.

OK, mine is the 1576 model (with the CDC635/4 CD changer).

Here’s a vague picture of mine which I’ve found on the internet.  There’s only a few pages of instructions so if you want me to scan and email them to you just let me know.

I’ve just searched for your model on the internet (why didn’t I do that first?) and I see that it looks quite different to mine - I thought there may be some similarity to them. I’m not sure if my manual would be any good.
