Until the start of this year, my dream classic car was a Rover P5B. So, on Valentine’s day, at the age of 20, I collected my Zircon Blue P5B from the seller. Unfortunately my time with the car was cut short by rising insurance costs and a four figure exess. Still, a pretty amazing car, though not quite as great as I’d expected. I’d have another in the blink of an eye though! I’ve still got my Rover P6 though, which I use very regularly alongside my MX-5. 

At the moment my dream classic cars are a Rover P6 Estoura, a Rover P5B Coupé, Jensen FF, Alvis TD21, and a Derby Bentley of some description!

 If it was money no object it would be the 250 GTO, but I would love to own another mk1 GT Cortina. I had a red one in the early 70,s it was a fantastic car and we had loads of fun in it.

Sadly young family, money worries and a really good offer for it and it was gone. Pillock who bought it wrapped it around a tree going too fast down a country road, he was ok but car was a write off. I was guttedCry he had only had it 3 weeks.
