We have managed to increase our original allocation by 5 places, therefore, if you are interested in attending this unique show, set in the grounds of the National Horse Racing Museum’ please let me know at eastern@mx5oc.co.uk and I will forward the registration form and BACS payment details to you.

Can you add me and Pat to the list please Barry

Many thanks
Chris and Pat Willett

Hi Pat / Chris

Please find attached the registration form as promised. Unfortunately this system does not allow documents to be uploaded in Word Format, so I am afraid it has been downloaded to jpeg, which means you can either:

Print it off, fill in the form by hand, scan and save to your PC, then send it off

or

Use Free Convert https://www.freeconvert.com > jpg-to-word to convert back to word, complet the document on your PC and then send it off.

Sorry for all the faff, its a real pain for all of us

We are paying the organisers directly via a BACS transfer, those details are on the form also.

When you complete the registration form, you will see, in the section: **CAR CLUB ** I have already entered the name: MX5 Owners Club (Eastern), that should be left in place to help the organisers know who and how many cars / people have booked and paid.

If you could kindly let me know when you have done so, I can also keep a tally, so as not to overbook.

Kind regards

Barry

Hi Barry can you add Graham and Jackie to the list please.
Many thanks
Graham

Hi. Is it “MX5 allocation” that’s fully booked? Could I just pitch up on the day and park separately?
Cheers

Mike

That is absolutely correct, it’s the O/C allocation that’s full.

There is plenty of parking within 200 metres of the Museum and it’s reasonably priced.

Kind regards

Barry
