I know this is likely a shot in the dark, however I believe I have exhausted my other options at trying to figure this out.
In march of this year I purchased a very well looked after 1997 Chaste White NA MX-5, Reg is P719GTF (pictures visible on my only previous post and at bottom of this one). The only thing missing when I bought the car off a reseller was the service history, with the only document I received being the previous V5C. I have tried to find said previous owner however I am unable to find them by name on the forums (likely using a different name on here if they were a member) and no one with their name fits on Facebook. Looking at MOT history I believe they only owned the car for a short duration.
The car has an Owners Club sticker from 2014 placing the owner at that time as a member of the forum, and looking at MOT history at the time until 2022 the car was being MOTed at the same garage in Rugby; all previous MOTs viewable online are also in Rugby so the car was definitely owned by someone active in the area at the time.
Whomever owned the car throughout those years clearly cared for it very well and It just seems strange to me that there was no paper trail attached when I bought it. I would love to get into to contact with the previous owner/s if possible just to scrap together some sort of service history for the car as when I have done work myself I’ve found evidence of someone else clearly having been there before me.
