Cloth Side Tonneau Covers Inserts instructions

I purchased a pair of Cloth Side Tonneau Covers Inserts for my mk3 last year but never got time to fit them before putting the hardtop on before the winter. Now removing the hardtop for the summer I now cannot find the fitting instructions, Has any member got a copy of the instructions that could be e-mailed to me would be very much appreciated.

I would e-mail MX5parts and ask if they would send you a copy of the instructions.

Not fitted a set but the ones I have seen the owners said they were easy to fit.
