Club administration

What is going on with the admin of the club? Here in the South West we haven’t had an area coordinator for over six months but when looking at the website the old coordinators are still being shown plus a non existent meeting is being advertised. Prospective members could go to the venue advertised and find nothing, no club, no welcome and decide that the club is not for them. These details really do need updating without further delay before we upset people and then lose new members.

We are following this up, in particular around the website as this is the information available to non-members, whereas the area information in STHT is correct and showing that the South West is without an area coordinator.

It’s not up to the Club to appoint an Area Coordinator, it is for the area to decide this and an email went out to members in early November advertising the vacancy; we have yet to receive any expressions of interest following this.
