Just rung the Club contact number and just got put straight through to the Footman James general quote line staffed by squeaky numptys [:(] Who had no knowledge of the Club. then quoted me nearly £600! Another 20 minutes I won’t get back.

Whose remit does this come under?

Well that’s an interesting one, I’m member benefits but I don’t cover insurance (for some reason).

I will pass this on.
