Consumer rights advice

I have had some wheels refurbished very recently and a problem has appeared, the company involved will put them right foc but will not pay the carriage.
Im loathed to chuck another £110 out for the carriage do I have any rights where they should cover this cost?
Unfortunately they are 180 miles away so dropping them off is not an option.
Your advice would be greatly appreciated

You could try this….

You’d need to alter it slightly as you sent the goods to them for refurbishment, but maybe worth a go.

I used paisley to ship them before £52 each way for 5 wheels with tyres plus £8 for some HD packing tape.
