Having an absolute nightmare 
Tried to tackle front bumper (First mistake) with a mate by filling and respraying.
Having finally getting the thing smooth and all dry marks from the Primer filled, the bumper was ready for paint. I’ve since painted it and it’s just simply not the right match to the rest of the car (A Shade lighter). The paint used was a two course Paint / Lacquer. I was told that paint ins’t great and tried to spray a coat of separate lacquer afterwards, which has made the finish even bloody worse
I’ve accepted I now need to start over again and get the bumper sprayed by someone who knows what there doing.
Does anyone know the exact paint to use for a Mk one Vspec (I got my paint mixed up using the HU British Racing Green / Neo Green) code.
Secondly, does anyone know a reasonably priced body shop in the West midlands area that can do the respray? Gutted is an understatement as the car is off the road now.
