Some South central members will be attending this event on Sunday 7th August from about 1.00 pm. It is held at the Departure Lounge Cafe (GU34 4BH) on the A339 Alton to Basingstoke Road.

There is ample parking and the cafe serves drinks and food.

Classic Car Sunday

THE MEET 
Hampshire’s No. 1 monthly classic car meet for owners of classic cars hots up for summer. Expect around 200 classic cars, The Essence of Vintage garden party tea room, Caravanilla the vintage Ice cream caravan, The Departure Lounge Cafe and the usual Classic Car Sunday lazy afternoon vibe.

THE CRUISE
If you are to the south of Alton, you can drive in convoy to the meet with other classic cars which will gather in the Staples (PO16 8SU ) car park in Fareham at 1.00pm

Fab venue and good to see some of you again…

i parked across from you guys as I drove my grandads moggy there… Only 3rd time I’ve driven it! ?? Lots of fun And looks beautiful having just had it completely renovated and looking like new. ??

Nice to see Lesley and her partner from Hstyling Island and their beautiful Mk1.

Shame not to see Helen and Alan… Would have nice to see you  ??

Hi Tinca,

Checked out the Waterwitch, 

 Management did not really want us there ~   Pub is mainly an eating pub, with limited bar area to designate for us,   plus limited parking on site,  and pub is very boxed in just on the edge of town which may not be a good location with plod in mind
