Could someone tell me what size crush washers i need for 6 speed box and lsd on my 2.0 NC  when the oils are changed please.

Crush washer Mk1 Sump, all cars Diffs, all cars gearbox drain plugs and all 6 speed gearbox fill plugs 18mm ID.

MK 2, Mk3 and Mk4 sump 14mm ID.

All 5 speed box MK1 to Mk3 PTFE tape on filler plug, no washer.

Thanks for that, have the sump washers so i just need 4 18mm ones for fill and drain on gearbox and diff.

Gearbox washer 24mm outside dia, 18mm inside dia, Mazda pt no.9956-41-800, 2 required for 6 speed. 24mm spanner for both filler and drain plugs.

Diff washers the same as gearbox, 2 required. Filler 23mm spanner, drain 24mm spanner,

All tightening torque 39-54Nm

I found my Mazda dealer as cheap as anywhere for the washers.
