Crystal soul red (46V) ND2 dink and astronomical paint costs!

Lord I love the colour of my car. Lord I didn’t know it would be SO expensive to get a repair!
Picked up a minor 2" dent/crease on the front bumper, paint is crazed slightly. I will get as much pushed out with heat as I can but it might need filling and paint. If it does:

£3k for front end (reputable local bodyshop)
£1.6k paint front bumper (Mazda dealer paint shop)

Several smart repairers say they can’t do that colour
One says they can for £130! - waiting to hear back now I have confirmed colour with him
Waiting to hear back from themx5restorer

I’m in Brighton. Do any of you good people have any suggestions (also need a good counseller)!

Soul Red (all variants) is a gorgeous colour and notoriously difficult and expensive to repair. Good luck finding a qualified repairer who doesn’t require another mortgage… I’m sure they are there somewhere :mag_right::flashlight:

I recommended a paint shop in Derby for a member. He had a soul red ND, they got it matched in perfectly.
I had cause to use them too last year, Crystal White Metallic, another notorious colour to match perfectly. They did a great job on mine too.
