Cubby with clock wanted for eunos / mk1

Hi all

I would like to get a cubby (for the space beneath the radio) with a clock on the right hand side. I have seen these in posts on this site but i cannot seem to find one anywhere.

Anyone who has one kicking around or who have spotted one for sale - information gratefully received

Thanks in advance

Steve

Thanks i was hoping for a more reasonably priced used item. Sorry my OP did not make that clear

Others on there. They are more expensive now as the common one was out of an old BMW

Hi Steve I have a cubby box you can have for £10 pounds but sorry no clock .The cubby box is 6 months old .regards David

Used BMW part, £45

Digital Mk2 MX5 part, £20

Morty,
If i can find a clock to fit I’ll have but at the moment I’ll pass.

Thanks though for the offer

Thanks SAZ,
I enquired whether the digital one would fit a mk1. Suffolk mazda said no

Saz
Thanks for the BMW part info

I have a Mk 2 one that you can have for the price of postage if you could make it fit in yours. The digital clock is on the right hand side.
If it’s of any use, just let me know.

89-95 JDM and 90-97 UKDM tomb stones are not true DIN sized. 96-97 JDM tomb stones are true DIN sized, and should take the NB part.

Or put a clock in a vent. On a 30 year old MX5, those centre vents are fairly useless, always pointing in the wrong way.

Pretty sure I have a single DIN cubby and BMW clock in my parts store. Never got around to putting it in.

Let me check for you and I’ll drop you a message.

Hi there Wardy5,

Thats very kind of you,. I look forward to hearing from you

Steve

Hi Ast
I’ve just noticed your post - sorry. I was not aware of the differences. My tombstone is from an early car even though its a 1995 car.
Can you let me know or point me towards the info that gives the actual sizes so that i can check, - you know the old saying measure twice cut once

Thanks
Steve

Hi Wardy

Any luck finding the cubby/clock?

Steve

Sorry, not checked yet - will have a look tonight.

Cheers,
Steve.

JDM (on right) versus rest

Sizes for the later part (approx)
Radio recess: 188 mm x 121 mm
Radio opening: 182 mm x 113 mm

Standard
Radio opening: 182 mm x 122 mm

The label on the image is incorrect; the part was fitted from 1996, Japan only.
