What would be the best way to go about cutting this? The bolt is seized inside the metal sleeve.
I’ve been hammering and soaking for the past week with not a mm of movement so I decided to cut the eye from the shock to get better access.
My route would be to drill it out.
Not ideal , last resort scenario really.
Decent drill bits , start small gradually increasing bit size should prevent drilled hole run off.

I ended up cutting the bolt head off then cutting down between the sleeve and bracket (as close to the bracket as possible), finishing it off with a chisel and prying it out.
