Can anyone recommend a dealer for service (and MOT) work in County Durham. My car is now four years old and I would like to have it serviced by a main dealer I think unless there is a recommended independant of course. All advice more than welcome as I am very new to MX5 ownership.
Anyone had any dealings with Jennings Mazda in Washington as they are quite close to me.

Hi,I live in Durham and own an 09 MX5 Sporttech and recently had my car serviced at Tyne Mills Mazda,Hexham and was quite happy with the job with only Mazda cars being serviced and not one of these multi franchise garages with the mechanics working on all number of different makes and models.
I had the car booked in for 10am and it was ready for 1pm which gave my wife and I time to walk the short distance into Hexham,have a look round the shops and a spot of lunch.I will use this firm again.I know several other members also use an independant in the Morpeth area and I have heard good things about him but have not personally used him - if you search the Tyne Tees part of the site you should be able to find the details.Hope this helps.

This is a bit of a coincidence. I was out on my bike today and had a run up to Keilder, it was wet up there so I headed back to the Tyne valley where it was dry and into Hexham to get fuel. I went past the very garage you mention!
Its not a bad run to Hexham up the A68.
