Hi guys

I’ve booked it in to Torque GT for a service. They are JDM guys at Heathfield, Newton Abbot. They sound good. I’ve known about them for sometime but not used as yet.

These look good too

If you’re looking at wind deflectors, also have a look at Roadie who makes them:

Thanks Steve. I’ll certainly check that out as I think it would make a big difference.

I haven’t got round to fitting mine yet, it’s on the to-do list!

But it’s been favourably reviewed by others :+1:

Yes it looks good. I do quite like the mesh ones too.

That’s a good looking NC, what colour is it? It’s difficult to tell from the photo.

My first MX5 was an NC, since had three ND’s but I still love the shape of the NC. Think the management committee may have something to say if I put a second MX5 on the drive! :weary:

HI Clive

Its not bad for the age and mileage. Its a 2007 in Galaxy Grey.

Hi guys
One thing I have noticed is my oil pressure if quite low. is that normal?
Its about a quarter of the way up.
Thank you.

Watch out with that type of wind deflector, they have a thick black padded piece running around the outside, and depending on your height, when you look in the rear view mirror you maybe seeing that black piece and not much else.

Many thanks guys. Any ideas on the oil pressure?

You can replace it with a real oil pressure gauge if you want a more accurate reading. The factory one is sort of simulated.

That’s at idle on the NC, it moves round when your engine speed increases. If it does this then it’s normal.
As others have probably mentioned, it’s not a proper oil pressure gauge, more a pretend one.

Thanks guys. You are a mine of info.
