my 2019 nd 2.0 when it gets hot it gets very difficult to engage gears cars done 26000 the fact it only happens when it’s hot after about 50 miles. does that point to the gear box oil needs changing
If it has been correctly serviced it should have already had at least one gearbox oil change, do you have any service history?
I would change both the gearbox and diff oil and see if it changes things. It won’t do any harm.
When was the last oil/filter and brake fluid done?
Has the clutch fluid been changed?
It should be done every two years, same time as the brakes.
it’s got full Mazda service history it’s due a service next month. I will ask them to change the oil even if it’s not scheduled at the moment the driving experience is not what it should be
I have looked through the service history and can’t see any indication that the oil had been changed
It should have been done on the 5th service. Brake fluid is every other year and the air filter every 3 years.
