A few weeks I posted as I was hoping to find independents who are able to update the digital service record on the ND and didn’t get much luck locally. In the meantime I have found that you can actually email Mazda with a scanned copy of your invoice from any independent containing your car details, mileage and work carried out and they will update the DSR for you. I emailed them 2 days ago and it’s just been updated today

Great tip.
The only record on my DSR is the PDI Service.
All services since have been carried out by by son, who is a trained Ford Vehicle Technician, using oil and filter etc. bought directly from Mazda (with receipts).
The receipt for the service is from a Ford main dealer.
I does beg a question. At the point of sale (not that mine is for sale). What would be more appealing to a buyer.
A full Mazda Service History or an none Mazda garage history with all the paperwork.
The benefit to me is that the mechanic, my son (who I trust implicitly), has carried out every single service since new. not just the same garage.
His name appears on the recipe as work carried out by.
