dodo juice ?

Anybody used dodo juice to valet they car’s I’m interested in the tyre dressing also any comments as I’ve always used auto glym

I’ve heard of it but not used it. You might be better off asking on MX5Nutz as there’s a couple of detailers on there

I use their wax. Its very good especially as I have a Candy paint job. I don’t suppose the dressing for the tyres would make a difference.

I use some Dodo products. I like them because they smell nice and seem reasonable value for money, and don’t take themselves too seriously. I have Supernatural tyre dressing which seems to last fairly well and gives the tyres a natural but new look. The dressing seems to last a while, but I haven’t tested it extensively. You’re probably better off finding a review on Detailing World where they take car washing VERY seriously.

This is after a maintenance wash with Dodo Sour Power and Basics of Bling QD to buff. The wax is Rainforest Rub which was put on about a week before during a fairly major claying session. I’m very impressed with this wax, especially considering its their cheapest one. It smells really nice which makes the waxing enjoyable, and it’s so much easier to use than the various Turtle Waxes which I had before. You also use very little of it, so the £28 tub will last years. In fact, looking back a £6 panel pot probably would have sufficed for a year or two.

Also, I have used and still do use some Autoglym stuff. I think it’s okay, but none of their products ever seem to last more than a week or two. Such as Vinyl care for my roof, or trim blackening products. Didn’t think their tar remover was great either.

I have used Dodo Juice Lime Prime (Paintwork cleanser) …Pre LSP
AND
DJ Supernatural Hybrid as my LSP…Very good sealer/Wax product
