Does this aerial fit an NC with stock signal booster?

  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: does anyone have an idea if this will work for both FM and DAB considering that NC’s have a stock booster? I have a signal splitter on the side of the head unit (one without booster) that divides into an FM and DAB connection.

I’m pretty sure splitters wont work with DAB if the aeral has a booster.

For now I can only receive 2 or so stations.

I have an NC and recently changed the stock radio to a double din Sony.

At the same time I fitted the stubby aerial from MX5 parts for FM and got a cheap DAB aerial from Amazon which I fitted under the dash (I didn’t want to fit it to the windscreen as recommended). Both aerials connect into the correct sockets on the back of the radio.

Signal from both works perfectly.

Thanks. I have a seperate DAB aerial but I prefer to have just one aerial. But I’ll keep your tip of mounting it under the dash in mind!
